My Journey to Yoga
I’m Komal — welcome, and thank you for finding your way here. I started this practice as a way to share yoga in its most genuine form that feels simple, approachable and open to everyone, down to earth, and real—no matter where you’re beginning from. Yoga first came into my life when I was searching for stillness. Over time, it became a journey inward – a practice that opened my heart, strengthened my body and quieted my mind. What began as a simple stretch routine turned into something deeper – a way to slow down, listen and feel grounded in everyday life. In my classes, you’ll find an easy-going, encouraging environment as I aim to create a space that feels warm, patient, and free of judgment — where you can move slowly, breathe deeply, and notice what your body is trying to tell you. There’s no right or wrong way to show up here — only your way, in your time. Whether you’re exploring yoga for the first time or coming back to reconnect with your practice, I’m here to guide and support your growth and remind you that every moment on the mat is an act of self-love. This journey is uniquely yours — I’m simply honored to walk alongside you.
